NOTE: This is not a master gardener course. We will cover the basics of the cut flower farm including basic seed starting, succession planting, recommended flower varieties and harvest of cut flowers, however the majority of this program will focus on the business of growing and selling cut flowers.
EXCLUSIVE CONTENT:
SUCCESSFUL SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAMS
We'll extensively cover the Hidden Springs signature Bouquet Subscription Program. This program alone accounts for 1/3 of my farm sales and is KEY to acquiring and maintaining a loyal customer base.
Throughout the session, I'll walk you through the basics of starting a subscription program, targeting your ideal subscription customer, the logistics of running the program, and the art of repeat sales.
Subscription programs are invaluable to flower farmers, bringing in much-needed income outside the growing season which allows for the purchase of seeds and equipment.
By following my methods, the revenue earned from just a handful of subscriptions will cover what you've invested in this coaching program!
Hi, I'm Katy!
In 2018 I started Hidden Springs Flower Farm as a side hustle to create a life that allowed me to be at home with my children while contributing to our family income and continuing to fulfill my creative side.
I knew NOTHING about flowers.
I knew NOTHING about business.
I knew NOTHING about sales.
But here I am six years later with a six-figure flower business.
It wasn't easy. I spent hundreds of hours researching, thousands of dollars in trial and error and I just wished I could talk to someone who had done what I wanted to do. If I could just pick the brain of a seasoned flower farmer who would take me "in the weeds" of the flower business. So that’s what I’ve created.
Join me to grow the cut flower business of your dreams!

In the Weeds was an interactive and personal approach to a flower farming course. I'd recommend this course to anyone who is looking to level up their gardening hobbies and turn it into a business.
Kristen King,

The course was exactly what I needed as a first year flower farmer. I walked away with so much knowledge, amazing resources, new friends, and a lot more confidence in myself and my business. Katy is so kind and approachable and truly wants to help aspiring flowers farmers get off on the right foot.
Rachel Irwin,

Katy has been nothing short of incredible - she devoted so much time and effort to us as we answered questions, had discussions, and continued to check in on us. I feel confident that I now have the tools to continue growing our farm. I'm so excited for the growing season ahead.
